  • Has represented clients in a wide variety of business disputes in such areas as contracts, shareholder disputes, lender liability, construction claims, securities fraud, civil RICO, trade secrets, non-compete agreements, director and officer liability, copyright infringement, environmental claims and remediations, commercial law, probate, professional liability, discrimination claims, employment disputes, unfair competition, fraud, business torts, land use, fiduciary duty, investment disputes and ERISA.
  • Has consulted with clients concerning managing litigation exposure and has advised and assisted in a variety of commercial and loan transactions.
  • Has managed litigation for businesses and corporations with multiple legal disputes pending in various locations.
